3.4. If the Buyer identifies transport damage or missing parts upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately inform the courier, record the damage or missing parts in the delivery document, take photographic evidence, and ensure the document is signed by both parties.
3.5. If transport-related damage is discovered after signing the delivery document, the Buyer must notify UAB SPA WAVE in writing within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Failure to submit a claim within this period may result in loss of the right to claim compensation related to transport damage.
4.1. If a warranty claim is confirmed as valid, SPA WAVE shall, within a reasonable period of time, at its discretion:
(1) Repair the product or provide necessary repair materials free of charge; or
(2) Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product; or
(3) Refund the purchase price of the product or the value of the defective part if repair or replacement is not feasible.
4.2. If the product is returned for repair or replacement, the Buyer must pack the product in a manner equivalent to the original packaging and place it in the same location where it was originally unloaded. The Seller shall bear return shipping costs only if the warranty claim is recognized as valid.
5.1. The Buyer may cancel an order without providing a reason until the product has entered production.
5.2. To cancel an order, the buyer must inform the seller of their intention to cancel the order by sending written notice (e.g., via email, phone number) to the seller’s contact address.
5.3. Upon valid cancellation, the Buyer shall receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller receives the cancellation notice.
5.4. If production has commenced, the Buyer shall not have the right to cancel the order, as the product is considered to be manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual specifications, pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In such cases, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
6.1. These Terms and Conditions and any contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the sale of the product shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
7.2. If the parties fail to reach an amicable settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
7.4. The Seller is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use, or damage to property, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8.4. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and safe use of the product in accordance with the provided instructions.
9.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
9.2. Such events include, but are not limited to:
9.3. In the event of force majeure, the Seller’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. If such event continues for an extended period, either party may terminate the contract by written notice without liability for damages.
10.1. Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the Buyer upon physical delivery of the product to the Buyer or to a person designated by the Buyer.
10.2. Ownership of the product shall transfer to the Buyer only upon full payment of the purchase price.

1.9. Anyone with any medical condition or uncertainty about their health should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
1.10. Do not leave the same water in the hot tub for more than 24 hours. Without proper disinfection (e.g., chlorine or other approved sanitizers), microorganisms may multiply and pose serious health risks.
1.11. The recommended water level should be approximately at heart level when seated. Excessively deep immersion may increase cardiovascular strain.
1.12. Limit hot tub use to a maximum of 15 minutes at a time. Prolonged exposure to hot water may result in hyperthermia, a dangerous condition in which the body temperature rises above normal levels. Symptoms may include dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, failure to recognize heat, or inability to exit the hot tub, which may increase the risk of drowning. Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature exceeds 40°C.
1.13. Do not drink the hot tub water, as it may contain chemicals and microorganisms harmful to health.
2.1. Always test the water temperature with your hand before entering the hot tub to ensure it is comfortable and not excessively hot.
2.2. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use. This conserves energy and prevents people, animals, or debris from entering the water. Never sit, stand, or lie on the cover, and do not allow children to climb or play on it. The cover contains fragile materials and is expensive to replace. 2.15. Do not eat, drink, or smoke in or near the hot tub.
2.16. Wash swimwear thoroughly after each use to remove chemicals.
2.17. Do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms, lightning storms, heavy rain, strong winds, or other severe weather conditions.
2.18. It is recommended to use the hot tub for no longer than 15 minutes at a time, followed by a rest period.
2.19. Do not touch the stove, stove door, or chimney while heating is in progress. These surfaces become extremely hot and may cause serious burns. Always use protective gloves when handling heated components.
2.20. When the stove is operating, do not allow children or animals near the hot tub. They may accidentally touch hot surfaces or fall into the water.
2.21. Do not allow children to sit or stand on the highest platform (above the LED light), as this is the hottest area of the tub. Do not allow children to place their hands near water outlet openings, as very hot water is discharged from these areas and may cause burns.
2.22. Never leave the stove, electrical heater, or electronic components operating without supervision.
2.23. Keep flammable materials away from the stove and chimney.
2.24. The Buyer is responsible for informing all users of these safety instructions. The Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring that all users are medically fit and capable of safely using the hot tub. If there is any doubt, medical advice must be sought prior to use.
Instruction manual:
HOT TUB UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions carefully before unpacking and assembling the hot tub.
1.1. Before removing the hot tub from the pallet, unpack the first packaging white layer from the hot tub and remove all loose parts stored inside.
1.2. Ensure that sufficient manpower is available. The hot tub weighs approximately 200-250 kg depending on the model. At least two-three strong adults are required to safely unload the hot tub. If necessary, arrange additional assistance to ensure safe handling.
2.1. To unload the hot tub, carefully tilt it onto the side where the metal bottom is located.
2.2. At least two-three people must firmly hold the hot tub while lowering it, ensuring that the metal bottom makes stable contact with the ground.
2.3. Keep the hot tub stable and secure during this process to prevent tipping or sudden movement.
2.4. Once the hot tub is safely positioned on the ground, detach the tightening bands securing it to the pallet. After removing the bands, separate the pallet from the hot tub.
2.5. Remove all remaining packaging materials and protective layers from the hot tub.
3.1. Unpack the wooden stairs and assemble them using the supplied parts with your screwdriver and instructions.
3.2. Attach the wooden cup holder to the hot tub in your preferred location, ensuring it is securely fastened.
4.1. Insert the metal chimney connector (chimney ankle) into the designated metal opening on the stove.
4.2. Push the connector firmly into the stove until you hear and feel both metal parts fully engage.
4.3. Align the chimney protection section with the ankle and firmly secure it in place.
4.4. Insert the chimney extension section into the chimney protection part.
4.5. Place the metal chimney cap (metal hat) on top of the chimney extension.
4.6. Align the chimney holder with the pre-drilled holes in both the chimney protection section and the black metal tin plate.
4.7. Secure the chimney holder using the three provided screws, ensuring it is firmly fixed in place.
5.1. Inside the hot tub, under the cover, you will find a wooden filtration box that requires assembly.
5.2. Assemble the filtration box according to the provided example with your own screwdriver.
5.3. Position the assembled box near the two filtration connection points located in the wooden boards of the hot tub.
5.4. Place the filtration system inside the wooden box.
5.5. Connect the hoses to the hot tub’s filtration connection points.
5.6. To operate the filtration system, follow the instructions provided in the filtration system manufacturer’s manual. The filtration system must not be operated while the hot tub is in use! After you have finished using the hot tub activate the filtration system.
Before filling the hot tub with water, ensure that:
6.1 Before using the stove, ensure that the hot tub is completely filled with water.
Never heat the stove without water in the tub. Operating the stove without water will cause severe damage to the fiberglass insert and stove components.
6.3 Do not drain the water from the hot tub while there are burning embers or active heat in the stove. Draining water while the stove remains hot may cause serious damage to the fiberglass insert. Only when the stove is cold, you can drain the water out of your hot tub.
6.4 After draining the water from the tub, activate the air system ( not hydro system!) button for several seconds to allow residual water to escape from the hoses.
This procedure is especially important during cold seasons and sub-zero temperatures. Failure to remove residual water may result in freezing, internal damage, or bacterial buildup.
Use dry hardwood from deciduous trees such as:
Softwood is not recommended due to resin buildup and excessive soot formation.
6.6 Condensation may form on the exterior walls of the stove during operation. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
6.7 During stove operation, condensation and residual water will drip from the drainage opening at the bottom of the stove onto the surface beneath the hot tub. Ensure the installation surface is suitable and water-resistant or place a bowl at the spot.
6.8. If you are using an electric heater, follow the instructions provided with the ,,Pahlen” electric heater.
7.1. If possible, avoid the use of chlorine or aggressive chemicals, because it’s not a pool. A hot tub operates at high temperatures, which increases chemical reactivity and may damage the fiberglass insert, plastic components, or cause skin irritation. The Seller is not responsible for damage or health effects resulting from improper chemical use.
7.2. If chlorine is used:
7.3. Use only chlorine products specifically designed for hot tubs. Do not use products intended solely for swimming pools.
7.4. After adding the chlorine, stir it well in the tub and don’t leave the same water for longer then 2 days, because it can damage the fiberglass insert.
7.5. When cleaning the hot tub: avoid harsh or abrasive chemical cleaners. Use only water, a soft sponge, or mild, non-abrasive cleaning agents suitable for fiberglass surfaces. Improper cleaning of the hot tub may permanently damage the surface.
7.6. When using the hot tub without chemicals, do not leave the same water longer then one day, because harmful bacteria will start to live and multiply in the water, which can cause serious health problems.
8.1. When the water is heating in the hot tub mix the water that the temperature would move around evenly. Failing to do so, could result in damage to the fiberglass from too much heat at one spot.
8.2. Do not operate the air system (air pump) or hydro massage system continuously for more than one (1) hour. After one hour of operation, allow the system to rest for at least ten (10) minutes.
8.3. Do not pour shampoo, oils, or similar products into the hot tub.
Such substances may cause residue buildup, unpleasant odors, and internal contamination.
8.4. After using the hot tub, clean it well in order to keep the hot tubs plastic in best condition. Use clean water with low mineral and salt content.
High mineral content may result in scale buildup on the plastic surface, which can become difficult to remove and may affect appearance and longevity of the fiberglass insert.
8.5. Never operate the hydro system without water in the tub. The water level must be above the hydro system nozzles before activation. Operating the system without water will cause immediate and irreversible damage.
9.1. We recommend turning the tub on its side and disconnecting the pneumatic hoses from the air, hydro system button and LED light system button, making sure there is no water or condensation in the tubes. You can do the same in the spring before the warm season.
9.2. Do not leave water in the hot tub for extended periods during winter. Water may freeze and cause structural and mechanical damage. Water must not be left overnight during freezing temperatures.
9.3. After each winter use: thoroughly clean the hot tub. Activate the air system for several seconds to remove residual water from the tubes. Turn off the system after drainage is complete. This helps prevent freezing-related damage.
9.4. During cold seasons, surfaces around the hot tub and stairs may become extremely slippery. Exercise caution to prevent injury.
9.5. The hot tub and filtration system must not be used in temperatures below –10°C. If used below this temperature: all responsibility for resulting damage lies with the Buyer. The Seller assumes no liability. Warranty coverage for related damage is automatically void.
9.6. Upon delivery, the hot tub’s electrical plug will be secured with zip ties. Please cut the zip ties and extend the cable to a properly weather, water-protected electrical socket. The seller is not responsible for any damage to the hot tub or any health issues resulting from improper use of electricity components, including connecting the plug too close to the hot tub or to a socket that is not adequately protected from water splashes.
