At Bauqua, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

All AMBER hot tubs are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

 

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This includes:

  • Fiberglass insert

  • Wood exterior structure

  • AISI 316 stainless steel stove

  • Chimney components

  • Integrated fittings

  • Electrical components

  • Airbubble massage System

  • Hydromassage System

  • LED lightning

 

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide suitable replacement parts within a reasonable time.

 

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Installation on an unsuitable or unstable surface

  • Damage caused by freezing water

  • Operating the stove without water

  • Nozzles getting cloged by dirty water

  • Excessive or improper use of chemicals

  • Natural aging or color changes of wood

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

 

How To Make A Claim

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect:

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include a clear description and photos of the issue

We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

Important

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid only when installation and maintenance instructions are followed.

This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
